Ohh, wow! Is he one of your original characters, hun? I must say this, he's a very gorgeous character indeed. I adore his design, especially those wings, they're so eyecatching. I love all the details you put in for the floral effect, it really works.
His hair is awesome, I love the way it curls and fluffs up in certain places. I have to say the expression is amazing, very seductive. Particularly in the eyes, wow.
But the thing I like most in the whole picture? His trousers. The detailings are just, oh my God, I wish I could design something like that.

the character design is super cool and I must say from the get go that I love the concept of this guy ^^ I also like green and orange, although I generally feel they clash, you got them to work pretty nicely to your advantage

now for the advanced crit... the pose is slightly off balance, and twists in an unusual way. makes him looks oddly contorted. to explain, it feels like the upper torso is turned at half angle to us, at the hips he's turned more on the front, and as you go down it's half angle again. the other problem I notice is that the neck and shoulders aren't connected very logically, which makes them feel like the shoulders aren't there, and like the neck is too broad. it's actually an easy fix for this pic, but to avoid it in the future have a look at yourself in the mirror in a similar pose and see how your neck connects to your torso at different angles
lastly, a small shading matter that bugs me... under his lips you shaded using a too straight a line and it looks like a scar. if you meant it there, then I'd make it redder... if you didn't mean it to be there, then just fade it into the rest of the skin a bit so it stands out less
